摘 要:本文以某商业、办公综合楼的改造加固项目为例,介绍了一种当常规加固措施受限时,采用新增钢结构平台将改造后的荷载避开水平结构直接传递至竖向承重构件的设计方法及其应用。文中按一般设计流程介绍了项目概况和方案选取的过程,阐述了新增钢结构平台关于平台布置、截面选取与验算、节点设计与验算的设计要点,满足了改造中比较苛刻的要求和需求,可为其他类似项目提供借鉴。Taking the reconstruction and reinforcement project of a commercial and office complex building as an example,this paper introduces a design method and its application of using a new steel structure platform to directly transfer the transformed load from the horizontal structure to the vertical load-bearing member when the conventional reinforcement measures are limited.According to the general design process,the paper introduces the project overview and the process of scheme selection,and expounds the design points of the new steel structure platform about platform layout,section selection and checking calculation,node design and checking calculation,which meets the more stringent requirements and needs in the transformation,and can provide reference for other similar projects.
