摘　　要：以福州市某框架结构房屋改造项目为例,首先阐述了项目概况、鉴定内容、改造方案,其次给出针对该项目的各加固措施(柱外粘型钢、梁粘贴钢板、板粘贴纤维复合材、梁板柱增大截面)典型构件计算方法,并简化规范公式进而得到增大截面柱原有纵筋折减系数、外粘型钢柱新增型钢面积换算系数等参数的建议值,从而为类似加固改造项目提供参考。Taking a frame structure house renovation project in Fuzhou as an example,this paper first elaborates on the project overview,appraisal content,and renovation plan.Secondly,it provides typical component calculation methods for various reinforcement measures(such as column external bonding steel,beam bonding steel plate,plate bonding fiber composite material,beam plate column increasing section)for the project,and simplifies the formula in the specifications to obtain the reduction coefficient of the original longitudinal reinforcement of the increased section column Suggested values for parameters such as the conversion coefficient of the newly added section steel area for externally bonded steel columns.This can provide reference for similar reinforcement and renovation projects.
