摘 要:为了开展盾构渣土的深入研究应用并结合目前绿色高强陶粒的市场需求,通过研究焙烧温度、焙烧时间及生物质燃料谷糠粉掺量对不同类型渣土烧结陶粒的堆积密度、吸水率和筒压强度的影响,确定不同类型渣土烧制轻质高强陶粒的最佳谷糠粉掺量及温度制度。研究结果表明:(1)盾构渣土A气体烧失量大于7%,无需添加谷糠粉,在1200℃下焙烧10min,可以得到轻质高强陶粒;(2)盾构渣土B气体烧失量约3.5%,添加2%谷糠粉,在1250℃下焙烧10min,可以得到轻质高强陶粒;(3)盾构渣土C气体烧失量约2%,添加4%谷糠粉,在1150℃下焙烧10min,可以得到轻质高强陶粒。This study aims to promote further research and application of shield muck and meet the demand for green and high-strength ceramsites.The effects of sintering temperature,sintering time,and the addition of biomass fuel-bran powder on the packing density,water absorption,and single particle strength of sintered ceramsites from different types of muck were investigated.The optimal addition of chaff powder and temperature regime for producing lightweight and high-strength ceramsites from different types of muck were determined.The results show that:(1)The gas loss of shield muck A is greater than 7%,and the lightweight and high-strength ceramsites can be obtained by roasting at 1200℃for 10min without adding bran powder;(2)The gas loss of shield muck B is about 3.5%,and the lightweight and high-strength ceramsites can be obtained by roasting at 1250℃for 10min with adding 2%bran powder;(3)The gas loss of shield muck C is about 2%,and the lightweight and high-strength ceramsites can be obtained by roasting at 1150℃for 10min with adding 4%bran powder.
