摘 要:内蒙古绒山羊是我国优良的品种资源,毛长作为内蒙古绒山羊重要的经济性状,其相关研究相对较少,本文通过对绒山羊毛长的研究,为内蒙古绒山羊育种提供了科学的理论依据。本研究利用ASREML软件分析内蒙古绒山羊毛长的表型遗传规律,然后,利用全同胞家系模型、父系半同胞模型、母系半同胞模型估计全同胞、父系半同胞和母系半同胞毛长的遗传力,以此研究亲本毛长对后代毛长的影响。研究结果表明,测定年份、群、个体年龄、母羊年龄为影响毛长的固定效应,毛长的全同胞遗传力为0.56、父系半同胞遗传力为0.26、母系半同胞遗传力为0.86,可以看出母系半同胞的遗传力显著高于父系遗传力。由此可以发现,对母羊毛长的选择可以加速毛长的遗传进展,提高毛长的生产性能。Inner Mongolia cashmere goats is an excellent breed resource in China.As an important economic trait of staple length,there is relatively little research on staple length.As an important economic trait of staple length,there is relatively little research on staple length.Research on the staple length of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats provides an important basis for scientific theoretical methods for Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats breeding.This study was analyzed the phenotypic rules was used ASREML software.And estimate the heritability of full sib,paternal half homozygous,and maternal half sib hair length based on ASREML software.The results showed that year,group,individual age,and ewe age are fixed effects of staple length of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats.And estimate the heritability was 0.56,0.26 and 0.86 of full sib,paternal half sib and a maternal half sib.It can be seen that the heritability of the maternal half sib is significantly higher than that of the paternal half sib.From this,selection the long staple length of ewes can accelerate the genetic progress of staple length and improve the production performance of staple length.
