玉米皮和大豆皮饲料对肉牛场主主要经济效益影响的分析

摘　　要：文章旨在研究玉米皮和大豆皮饲料对肉牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标和经济效益的影响。试验将30头西门塔尔杂交公肉牛随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛。分别向基础日粮中添加0、7%玉米皮和7%大豆皮、14%玉米皮和14%大豆皮。试验为期63 d。试验结果表明,饲料中添加玉米皮和大豆皮可显著提高肉牛平均日采食量、平均日增重和终末体重(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。饲料中添加玉米皮和大豆皮可显著提高肉牛干物质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和钙的表观消化率(P<0.05);对粗蛋白质和磷的表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲料中添加玉米皮和大豆皮可显著提高肉牛血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低甘油三酯、总胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05),对尿素氮含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲料中添加玉米皮和大豆皮可显著提高肉牛增重成本和毛利润(P<0.05)。总之,饲料中添加玉米皮和大豆皮可提高肉牛对营养物质的消化率,促进肉牛生长发育,提高经济效益。The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of corn husk and soybean husk feed on the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical indicators,and economic benefits of beef cattle.Select 30 Simmental crossbred male beef cattle and randomly divide them into 3 groups,with 10 replicates in each group,with 1 replicate per replicate.Add 0%,7%corn husk,7%soybean husk,and 14%corn husk and 14%soybean husk to the basic feed as experimental diets.The experiment lasted for 63 days.The experimental results showed that adding corn husk and soybean husk to the feed significantly increased the average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain,and final body weight of beef cattle(P<0.05);Significantly reduce the material to weight ratio(P<0.05).Adding corn husk and soybean husk to feed significantly increased the apparent digestibility of beef cattle dry matter,crude fat,neutral detergent fiber,acidic detergent fiber,and calcium(P<0.05);There was no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of crude protein and phosphorus(P>0.05).Adding corn husk and soybean husk to the feed significantly increased the total protein and albumin content of beef cattle serum(P<0.05);Significantly reduce the content of triglycerides,total cholesterol,and extremely low density lipoprotein(P<0.05);There was no significant effect on the urea nitrogen content(P>0.05).Adding corn husk and soybean husk to the feed significantly increased the weight gain cost and gross profit of beef cattle(P<0.05).In short,adding corn husk and soybean husk to feed promotes the growth and development of beef cattle by increasing their nutrient digestibility,ultimately improving economic benefits.
