平台资本主义的三维透视及理论评析

摘　　要：平台资本主义以生产资料数据化、生产与流通过程加速化、劳动组织弹性化、剩余价值褫夺泛在化及运行形象政治化等策略实现资本积累。在系统化的宰制机制下,资本主义社会日渐成为资本全过程剥削劳动的“赛博工厂”,资本主义劳资关系也表现为全景异化,具有剥削遮蔽性强化、劳动过程数字泰勒主义显化、阶级收入差距与国际数字鸿沟扩大化、工人阶级内部分化和工人运动离散化等特征。这意味着资本主义国家的平台资本主义既无助于工人阶级的境遇改善,也无法规避生产过剩等导致的经济危机。在中国特色社会主义制度背景下,应始终坚持以人民为中心的价值取向,规制防范资本在平台经济中的无序扩张与野蛮生长,有效发挥中国工会组织依法维护平台劳动者劳动权益的独特优势,推动我国平台经济规范有序健康发展。Platform capitalism realizes capital accumulation with the strategies of digitization of means of production,elasticity of labour organization,ubiquity of exploitation of surplus value,and politicization of operation image.Under these systematic control mechanisms,capitalist society has become a“Cyber Factory”that exploits digital labour,wage labour-capital relations have also gradually fallen into the situation of panorama alienation,and are characterized by the enhancement of the covert of exploitation,the manifestation of“Digital Taylor Doctrine”in the labour process,the expansion of the class income and international digital divide,the internal differentiation of the working class,and the dispersion of the labour movements.That means that platform capitalism is not conducive to the improvement of the situation of the working class,nor can it avoid the economic crises such as overproduction.
