摘 要:人工智能时代,重复性体力劳动、简单认知技能劳动等工作岗位正在逐渐减少,新兴工作岗位需要更强的技术技能和社会沟通技巧。从“世界技能职业标准”的历次修订可以看出,职业技能迭代更新发展主要表现为:拓展从业技能的专业领域,挖掘专业技能的工艺深度,技能人才亟须技术赋能,数据算法引领创新。智能化技术对生产的影响是一个循序渐进的过程,劳动者、企业、工会在感受到技术变革的同时,也要认识到职业技能与工作岗位之间的失配。In the era of artificial intelligence,jobs such as repetitive physical labor,simple cognitive skill labor and other jobs are gradually decreasing,and emerging jobs require stronger technical skills and social communication skills.It can be seen from the previous revisions of the“WorldSkills Occupational Standard”that the iterative updating and development of occupational skills are mainly manifested in the following ways:expanding the professional fields of professional skills,exploring the technological depth of professional skills,the urgent need for technical and skilled personnel,and data and algorithm leading to innovation.The impact of intelligent technology on production is a gradual process,and while workers,enterprises and trade unions feel the technological change,they should also recognize the mismatch between occupational skills and job positions.
