摘  要:新文科之“新”在融合国家与区域发展创新文科人才培养模式。文章基于高校物业管理人才培养供给侧和产业发展需求侧结构性矛盾,剖析物业管理人才培养的需求新导向、战略新导向和目标新导向,提出聚合政界、产界、业界、商界和学界的“三导向、五共促、四协同、五抓手”的跨界融合人才培养新模式。通过构建课堂协同、实践协同、能力协同和价值协同的融合机制,以抓教学实践、抓教学内容、抓教学能力、抓教学团队和抓教学方法为突破口推动融合机制有效运行。The"new"of the new liberal arts lies in the integration of national and regional development to innovate the talent cultivation model for liberal arts.Based on the structural contradiction between the supply side and industrial development demand side of property management talent cultivation in universities,this article analyzes the new demand orientation,strategic new orientation,and target new orientation of property management talent cultivation,and proposes a new cross-border integrated talent cultivation model that aggregates the political,industrial,industry,business,and academic sectors with"three orientations,five co-promotions,four collaborations,and five grasping hands".By constructing the integration mechanism of classroom coordination,practice coordination,ability coordination and value coordination,the effective operation of the integration mechanism is promoted by taking teaching practice,teaching content,teaching ability,teaching team and teaching method as the breakthrough point.
