摘  要:评价了饲料中添加不同水平包膜丁酸钠(DZ、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0和5.0 g/kg)对刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)的生长性能、消化酶活性、非特异性免疫和抗病力的影响,为期60 d。结果表明,2.0和3.0 g/kg组刺参末体重、增重率和特定生长率显著高于DZ组(P<0.05)。各处理组刺参成活率显著高于DZ组(P<0.05)。与DZ组相比,2.0和3.0 g/kg组刺参脏壁比和饲料转化率显著降低(P<0.05)。2.0、3.0 g/kg和5.0 g/kg组刺参肠道淀粉酶活性显著高于DZ和1.0 g/kg组(P<0.05)。2.0、3.0、4.0 g/kg组刺参肠道蛋白酶活性显著高于DZ组(P<0.05)。2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0 g/kg组刺参肠道脂肪酶活性显著高于DZ组(P<0.05)。与DZ组相比,2.0 g/kg和3.0 g/kg组刺参超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶、碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。然而4.0和5.0 g/kg组只诱导了部分非特异性免疫。灿烂弧菌攻毒实验表明,2.0、3.0 g/kg和4.0 g/kg组刺参的累积死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加2.0 g/kg和3.0 g/kg包膜丁酸钠可提高刺参的生长性能、消化酶活性、非特异性免疫和抗病力。在考虑经济成本的情况下,刺参日粮中添加2.0 g/kg包膜丁酸钠为最佳剂量。The present study evaluated the growth performance,digestive enzyme activity,non-specific immunity,and disease resistance of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus fed diets supplemented with different levels of microencapsulated sodium butyrate(DZ,1.0 g/kg,2.0 g/kg,3.0 g/kg,4.0 g/kg and 5.0 g/kg)for 60 days.Results indicated that the final weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate of sea cucumber in the 2.0%and 3.0%groups were significantly improved versus the control(P<0.05).The survival rate of sea cucumber in the treatment groups was significantly improved versus the control(P<0.05).Compared with the control,the visceral-wall ratio and feed conversion rate of sea cucumber in the 2.0 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Amylase activity in the intestine of sea cucumber in the 2.0 g/kg,3.0 g/kg and 5.0 g/kg groups was significantly higher than that in the DZ and 1.0 g/kg groups(P<0.05).Protease activity of sea cucumber in 2.0,3.0 and 4.0 g/kg groups was significantly higher than that in DZ group(P<0.05).Lipase activity in the intestine of sea cucumber in the 2.0 g/kg,3.0 g/kg,4.0 g/kg and 5.0 g/kg groups was significantly higher than that in the DZ group(P<0.05).Compared with the control,superoxide dismutase,catalase,lysozyme,alkaline phosphatase,and acid phosphatase activities of sea cucumber in the 2.0 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg groups were all significantly enhanced(P<0.05).However,non-specific immunity was induced partially in the 4.0 g/kg and 5.0 g/kg groups.The challenge test of Vibrio splendidus showed that the cumulative mortality of sea cucumber in the 2.0 g/kg,3.0 g/kg and 4.0 g/kg groups was significantly lower than that in the control(P<0.05).Considering collectively the above,dietary 2.0 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg microencapsulated sodium butyrate improved the growth performance,digestive enzyme activity,non-specific immunity,and disease resistance of sea cucumber.When the economic cost is considered,the optimum dose of 2.0 g/kg microencapsulated sodium butyrate addition to the diet of A.j
