摘 要:采用生产试验的方法,研究了不同附着基对文蛤(Meretrix meretrix)稚贝生长成活情况的影响。结果表明,投放的网片上,没有稚贝附着;开始时采用不同附着基对文蛤幼体生长速度影响不大,抽样镜检无死壳;稚贝附着10 d后,无附着基的幼体体表粘脏严重且活力差;附着基是细沙的要比以海泥和无附着基组生长速度略快;附着后10 d再投放细沙附着基的,与一直投放细沙附着基的生长速度与成活率差异不明显。根据结果,细沙适合用做文蛤稚贝的附着基。The effects of different attachment bases on the growth and survival of Meretrix meretrix were compared.The results showed that there was no young shellfish attached to the nets.The growth rate of larva was not affected by different attachment bases at the beginning,and no death was found by sampling microscope.The larvae without attachments had severe stickiness and poor viability on day 10.The growth rate of larva attached to fine sand is slightly higher than that of sea mud and no sand.The growth and survival rate of larva attached to the fine sand has no significant difference with that of the fine sand attaching base on day 10.Based on the result,fine sand is recommended as attachment base for lavae of Meretrix meretrix.
