天灸疗法在呼吸系统疾病中的应用概况及选方用穴规律研究

摘　　要：目的:总结近5年来天灸疗法在呼吸系统疾病中的临床研究进展及选穴规律与用药特点,对天灸治疗呼吸系统疾病的标准化进行初步探索。方法:检索近五年各中文数据库中与天灸疗法相关的临床文献,分析其在呼吸系统疾病中的应用特点并将用药与选穴整理成数据库。利用频率频次、关联规则及复杂网络分析天灸治疗呼吸系统疾病与穴位及药物选择之间的关系。结果:天灸疗法广泛应用于呼吸系统疾病,多采用足太阳膀胱经上的背俞穴,天灸药物大多归肺经与肾经,多为温性药物;关联性最强的穴位为定喘、肾俞、肺俞、脾俞,关联性最强的药物为甘遂、细辛、延胡索、白芥子。不同的呼吸系统疾病选方用穴具有一定差异。结论:本研究使用多种方法深入分析天灸疗法的选方用穴规律,为天灸治疗呼吸系统疾病标准化的建设提供参考依据,有助于天灸疗法的应用推广。参考文献28篇。Objective:To review the clinical research progress of medicinal vesiculation therapy in the treatment of respiratory diseases in the last five years,as well as prescription rules of acupoints and formulas,so as to provide references for the standardization of medicinal vesiculation therapy in the treatment of respiratory diseases.Methods:Clinical literature related to medicinal vesiculation therapy in various Chinese databases in the last five years was retrieved and analyzed for its application characteristics in respiratory diseases to establish a database of acupoints and medicinal.Frequency,association rules and complex network were applied to analyze the relationship between medicinal vesiculation therapy of respiratory diseases and the prescription of acupoints and medicinal.Results:Medicinal vesiculation therapy is widely used in respiratory diseases.The back transport points on the bladder meridian of foot greater yang are often used.Medicinals in the medicinal vesiculation therapy usually enter the lung and kidney meridians,with the properties of warm;acupoints with the strongest correlation are Dingchuan(EX-B 1),Shenshu(BL 23),Feishu(BL 13),Pishu(BL 20),and medicinals with the strongest correlation are Gansui(Radix Euphorbiae Kansui),Xixin(Herba Asari),Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis)and Baijiezi(Semen Sinapis Albae).Prescription rules of formulas and acupoints are varied in different respiratory diseases.Conclusions:In this study,a variety of methods were applied deeply analyze the rules of formulas and acupoints in medicinal vesiculation therapy,to provide references for standardizing medicinal vesiculation therapy in the treatment of respiratory diseases,which is helpful to the application and promotion of medicinal vesiculation therapy.There were 28 references cited.
