摘 要:为减轻高速航空柱塞泵的空化现象,提出了一种带前置诱导轮及涡轮的自增压高速航空轴向柱塞泵结构。以0.3 MPa的增压值为目标,根据柱塞泵的工况参数以及边界条件确定了离心涡轮和诱导轮的参数,并通过流场数值仿真研究了有/无诱导轮以及不同诱导轮结构和参数对离心涡轮的水力性能和抗气蚀能力的影响。结果表明:增加诱导轮可使离心涡轮的抗气蚀能力增强48.5%,扬程提高3.4%;诱导轮几何参数的改变主要影响了离心涡轮的抗气蚀能力,三叶片诱导轮比四叶片诱导轮的抗气蚀能力强24.8%;圆锥形诱导轮比圆柱形诱导轮抗气蚀能力强14.7%;1 mm轮缘叶片厚度抗气蚀能力最强,比2 mm与3 mm分别增强了11.8%,31.1%。研究结果可为高速航空柱塞泵诱导轮涡轮组件的设计提供理论参考。To alleviate cavitation of high-speed aviation piston pump,a self-pressurized high-speed aviation axial piston pump with a front inducer and turbine is proposed.With the boost value of o.3 MPa as the target,the parameters of centrifugal turbine and inducer were determined according to the operating conditions and boundary conditions of the piston pump.The effects of the structure and parameters of centrifugal turbine with/without inducer and different inducer on the hydraulic performance and cavitation resistance of centrifugal turbine were studied by flow field numerical simulation.The results show that the introduction of inducer increases the cavitation resistance ability of centrifugal water turbines by 48.5% and the water head by 3.4%.The change of geometrical parameters of inducer mainly affects the cavitation resistance of centrifugal turbine.The cavitation resistance of three-blade inducer is 24.8%stronger than that of four-blade inducer.The cavitation resistance of conical inducer is 14.7%stronger than that of cylindrical inducer.The blade thickness of 1mm rim has the strongest cavitation resistance,which is 11.8%and 31.1%stronger than that of 2 mm and 3 mm respectively.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the design of inducer turbine assembly of high-speed aviation piston pump.
