摘 要:针对大轴径大间隙工况下磁性液体密封耐压力减弱问题,设计了一种径向充磁磁性液体密封结构。采用有限元数值仿真的方法研究了该磁性液体密封结构的磁场和密封间隙中的磁通密度分布特征。讨论了内部永磁体结构尺寸对密封耐压性能的影响,并确定其结构尺寸。分析了经典磁性液体密封结构与径向充磁新型磁性液体密封结构的密封耐压力随密封间隙和转轴转速的变化规律。结果表明:相比经典磁性液体密封结构,径向充磁密封结构的理论静密封耐压力平均提高约57.4%;随着密封间隙的增大,径向充磁密封结构密封效果提升越加显著,密封失效极限转速逐渐减小。A radial magnetizing magnetic liquid seal structure is designed to overcome the problem of pressure weakening under the condition of large axial diameter and large clearance.The numerical simulation was used to analyze the magnetic field and the flux density distribution in the magnetic liquid seal using finite element method.The influence of the internal permanent magnet structure on the sealing performance is discussed and its structure parameters were determined.The variation of the sealing pressure of the classical magnetic liquid seal structure and the new magnetic liquid seal structure with the seal clearance and shaft speed were performed.The results show that the theoretical static seal resistance of radial magnetized seal structure is improved about 57.4%on average compared with the classical magnetic liquid seal structure.In addition,the sealing effect of radial magnetizing seal structure increases significantly with the increase of seal clearance.While the ultimate speed of seal failure decreases gradually as the seal clearance increases.
