摘  要:冷气系统是关系飞机安全的重要系统,是保证飞机应急刹车和应急放起落架的重要装置。对某型飞机冷气系统高空漏气故障进行分析,根据冷气系统工作原理,依次排查了传感器故障,导管泄漏,成品泄漏三个方面,将问题定位到气压电磁阀低温密封故障出现漏气。对气压电磁阀低温漏气故障进行机理分析,分析故障原因是密封圈材料选择不当,造成密封圈压缩量过大,导致左活门组件与阀体之间的间隙小于设计值,造成左活门组件内部的先导活门在低温环境密封圈材料收缩后会提前触碰电磁铁组件顶杆被打开,出现漏气。对故障原因提出了合理有效的解决措施,完成了试验验证。Pneumatic System is an important system for aircraft safety,an important device to ensure emergency braking and emergency landing gear.The air leakage failure of a certain type of aircraft pneumatic system is analyzed.According to the working principle of the pneumatic system,the sensor failure,conduit leakage and finished product leakage are investigated in turn,and the problem is located to the air leakage caused by the lowtemperature sealing failure of the pneumatic solenoid valve.The mechanism of low-temperature air leakage failure of pneumatic solenoid valve is analyzed,and the reason for the failure is that the improper selection of seal ring material,and excessive seal ring compression,which leads to the gap between the left valve assembly and the valve body is less than the design value,resulting in the pilot valve inside the left valve assembly in the low temperature environment after the contraction of the sealing ring material will touch the electromagnet assembly rod is opened in advance,there is air leakage.The reasonable and effective measures to solve the fault are put forward,and the test verification is completed.
