摘  要:快速锻造液压机组主要用于钢锭的开坯和自由锻件的压力加工,是锻造生产的重要设备之一,其液压系统具有负载干扰大、运动惯量大、系统冲击大等特点。快锻压机采用比例变量泵时,在实际应用中压机工作时主泵会存在瞬时变量的工况,此时供液系统压力出现不稳定的情况,对主泵造成破坏,且影响系统平稳运行。为稳定供液系统压力,本研究采用仿真和试验相结合的方法,提出稳压策略。结果表明稳压阀采用先导比例控制,在变量泵摆角瞬时增大时,稳压阀提前关闭,在变量泵摆角瞬时减小时,稳压阀提前打开,并通过批运行确定出供液系统压力波动最小、稳压效果最好时的稳压阀提前关闭时间为0.26 s,提前打开时间为0.17 s。采用该策略,可有效减小供液压力波动范围46.4%以上,为快锻压机液压系统及控制策略开发提供依据。The rapid forging hydraulic unit is mainly used for billet cutting and free forging pressure processing,and it is one of the important equipment in forging production.Its hydraulic system has the characteristics of large load disturbance,large inertia and large system impact.When the proportional variable pump is used in the fast forging press,in practical application,the main pump will have transient variable condition when the press works,and the pressure of the liquid supply system will be unstable,which will damage the main pump and affect the smooth operation of the system.In order to stabilize the pressure of the liquid supply system,this paper adopts the method of combining simulation with experiment,and puts forward the strategy of stabilizing the pressure.The results show that the pressure stabilizing valve adopts pilot proportional control.When the swing angle of the variable displacement pump increases instantaneously,the pressure stabilizing valve closes in advance,and when the swing angle of the variable displacement pump decreases instantaneously,the pressure stabilizing valve opens in advance.Through batch operation,it is determined that when the pressure stabilizing valve closes in advance for 0.26 s and opens in advance for 0.17 s,the pressure fluctuation of the liquid supply system is the smallest and the pressure-stabilizing effect is the best.With this strategy,the fluctuation range of liquid supply pressure can be effectively reduced by more than 46.4%,which provide basis for the development of hydraulic system and control strategy of rapid forging press.
