摘　　要：地方高校大学生就业事关大学生的个人未来发展和地方经济社会的稳定繁荣。对河北省部分高校大学生进行访谈调查,发现地方高校大学生呈现就业压力增大、就业风险意识提高、就业等待心态明显、就业能力提升意愿强烈等就业心理状态,同时暴露出对偶发或突发事件的应对能力相对欠缺、就业能力发展与社会需求实际相脱节、针对个人发展和未来职业的规划力相对不足等问题。基于分析地方高校大学生就业心理问题及原因,从地方政府引导、高校人才培养、大学生就业指导等方面提出优化和改进对策。The employment of college students in local colleges and universities is the biggest issue of local people’s livelihood development,which is related to the personal future development of students and the stability and prosperity of local economy and society.Through interviews and surveys of some college students in Hebei Province,it is found that they present employment psychological states such as increasing employment pressure,increasing employment risk awareness,obvious employment waiting mentality,strong intention to improve employment ability.At the same time,it also reveals their relative lack of ability to deal with accidents or emergencies,the disconnection between the development of employability and the actual needs of the society,and their relative lack of planning ability for personal development and future career.Based on the analysis of the employment psychological problems and reasons,optimization and improvement countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of local government guidance,college personnel training,and college student employment guidance.
