摘  要:针对广州市南沙片区农村生活污水氨氮高、碳氮比低,污水处理站点出水氮素指标不稳定的问题,构建了一套高浓度活性污泥+高效硝化填料+化学除磷+三相分离器处理系统,并开展了针对高浓度氨氮生活污水处理的研究。结果表明,该处理系统常态下出水氨氮可降低至1mg/L以下,氨氮去除率大于98%;当试验进水氨氮浓度提升至132mg/L时,出水氨氮仍稳定在2mg/L以下,去除率可达99%。该处理系统污泥浓度可稳定维持在8000mg/L以上,且由于是泥膜共生系统,在生化区直接加除磷药剂确保出水TP达标的同时,系统生化效果并未受到影响。Aiming at the problems of high ammonia nitrogen and low carbon nitrogen ratio of rural domestic sewage in Nansha District,Guangzhou,as well as unstable nitrogen index of effluent from sewage treatment stations,a four-part treatment system of high concentration activated sludge+high efficiency nitrifying filler+chemical phosphorus removal+three-phase separator,a study was carried out on the treatment of domestic sewage with high concentration ammonia nitrogen.The results show that the treatment system can be adapted to this kind of sewage.Under normal conditions,the effluent ammonia nitrogen can be reduced to less than 1 mg/L,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is above 98%.When the influent ammonia nitrogen concentration is increased to 132 mg/L,the effluent ammonia nitrogen can still be stabilized below 2 mg/L,and the removal rate can reach 99%.The sludge concentration of this treatment system can be main-tained stably above 800 mg/L,and since it is a sludge membrane symbiotic system,phosphorus removal agents are directly added to the biochemical zone,so as to ensure the TP standard of effluent,the biochemical effect of the system is not affected.
