摘 要:为考察海马齿对金刚虾养殖水体的净化效果,对驯养后的海马齿茎叶主要成分进行测定,并分析金刚虾养殖中海马齿生态浮床对水体水质的影响。结果表明,海马齿的水分和灰分含量较高,其所含矿物质元素丰富,常见重金属未超标;铺设了海马齿生态浮床的金刚虾养殖池实验组的各氮磷指标的去除率比对照组高出9%~68%不等,对水体中氮、磷等相关成分有较明显的净化作用。显著性分析表明,是否使用海马齿生态浮床对水体中的氮磷指标有显著差异或极显著差异的影响。动力学拟合表明,对总磷和总氮的净化符合一级动力学模型,对硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、氨氮在实验的前半段(分别为1~13、1~16、1~24 d)较符合一级动力学模型,后进入降解平台期。To investigate the purification effect of Sesuvium portulacastrum on the water body of Penaeus monodon culture,the stems and leaves of S.portulacastrum were taken for determination after domestication to study the compositional characteristics,and S.portulacastrum ecological floating beds were laid in the process of P.monodon culture,and their influence on water quality was studied.The study revealed that S.portulacastrum had a high water and ash content,numerous mineral components,and common heavy metal elements that did not exceed the standard;with a more pronounced purified effect on the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus,and other related indexes in the water body,the experimental group using S.portulacastrum ecological floating bed removed nitrogen and phosphorus index at a rate that was 9%~68%higher than that of the control group.It was discovered that the usage of S.portulacastrum ecological floating beds had a significant or highly significant impact on the nitrogen and phosphorus indexes.Inhibition of total phosphorus and total nitrogen is consistent with the primary kinetic model,while inhibition of nitrate,nitrite,and ammonia nitrogen is more consistent with the primary kinetic model in the first half of the experiment(days 1~13,1~16,and 1~24,respectively),before entering the degradation plateau period.
