摘  要:为了对施工水域通航风险水平做出更为客观的评价,本文以宁波—舟山港岱山港鱼山作业区为例,分析该水域的通航情况,构建了基于模糊层次分析法的施工水域通航风险评估模型,其中包括4个一级指标和14个二级指标;采用模糊层次分析法评估了宁波—舟山港岱山港鱼山作业区的通航风险评价等级。最后,设计出施工水域风险评估系统,利用该系统快速而准确地分析出各影响因素的权重和评价结果。结果表明,环境因素在整个评估体系中相较于其他因素而言风险性最高,等级为中等风险。In order to make a more objective evaluation of the navigational risk level in construction waters,this paper takes the Yushan working area of Daishan Port,Ningbo-Zhoushan Port as an example and analyzes the navigational situation of the water area.Then this paper constructs a navigational risk assessment model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,which includes 4 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the navigation risk evaluation level of Yushan operation area in Ningbo-Zhoushan Port.Finally,the construction water area risk assessment system is designed,which is used to quickly and accurately analyze the weight of each influencing factor and the evaluation results.The results showed that compared with other factors,environmental factors have the highest risk in the whole evaluation system,and the grade was medium risk.
