老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者三维护理模式的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究郑州大学第一附属医院老年综合二科患者在三维护理模式和常规护理模式存在的差异。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院收治的67例骨折患者,病因均为骨质疏松,样本选取时间为2020年1月至2022年12月,33例患者采用常规护理模式,34例采用三维护理模式,分别纳入对照组和观察组。结果:观察组老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者焦虑SAS评分、疼痛VAS评分分别为35.25±2.12(分)、36.10±1.56(分),低于对照组的42.73±2.89(分)、43.81±2.20(分),对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者QOL量表、ADL量表评分分别为89.59±1.86(分)、92.81±1.25(分),高于对照组的80.58±3.20(分)、83.65±2.69(分),对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者肺栓塞、下肢深静脉血栓、泌尿系统感染各项并发症总发生率为2.94%,低于对照组的18.18%,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:三维护理模式在老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者中的应用效果更好,因此三维护理模式更具推广价值。Objective:To study the differences between the three-dimensional nursing model and the conventional nursing model of the elderly patients in the second department of the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University.Methods:67 patients with fracture admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected.The etiology was osteoporosis.The samples were selected from January 2020 to December 2022.33 patients were treated with conventional nursing mode,and 34 patients were treated with three-dimensional nursing mode.They were included in the control group and the observation group respectively.Results:The SAS score of anxiety and VAS score of pain in the elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fracture in the observation group were 35.25±2.12(points)and 36.10±1.56(points)respectively,which were lower than 42.73±2.89(points)and 43.81±2.20(points)in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The QOL scale and ADL scale scores of the elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fracture in the observation group were 89.59±1.86(points)and 92.81±1.25(points),respectively,which were higher than 80.58±3.20(points)and 83.65±2.69(points)in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of pulmonary embolism,lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and urinary system infection in the elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fracture in the observation group was 2.94%,lower than that in the control group(18.18%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional nursing model has better application effect in elderly patients with osteoporosis and compression fracture,so it has more popularization value.
