摘　　要：骨质疏松性骨折占髋部骨折的55%,是最常见的骨折类型,主要发生在老年患者,随着时间的推移,全球的人口老龄化加剧,患病的人口以及患病的死亡人数也在逐年上升。髋部骨折的最佳治疗方法为手术治疗。手术治疗的方法有时间短、严重的并发症较少等优点。手术治疗可使骨折得到良好的复位扣,稳定粉碎性骨折,早期锻炼身体,减少卧床时间,从而减少并发症,进一步提高治疗效果。-有效的手术治疗棘突间骨折。本文就其内容及其药物治疗进行综述,力图为粗隆间骨折的药物治疗予以一个良好的方案。Hip fracture is a common osteoporotic fracture.Intertrochanteric fracture accounts for 55%of proximal femoral fractures,mainly occurring in elderly patients.The perioperative mortality rate is high.With the aging of the population,its incidence is increasing year by year.The treatment methods of this disease are generally divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment.Conservative treatment usually takes a long time to cause more complications,and the mortality of patients is very high.Surgical treatment can make the fracture get a good reduction,stabilize the fracture,exercise early and reduce the bed time,thus reducing complications and greatly reducing the mortality.Therefore,surgical treatment is the first choice for intertrochanteric fracture of femur.This article reviews the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in order to provide a reference plan for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.
