摘　　要：书院是中国古代特有的教育组织形式,由唐至清,经历了上千年的演变和完善。书院在行政管理、师生管理和教学管理上具有鲜明的特色。书院的优秀传统和管理经验是古代教育智慧的结晶,其德育优先、师生治校、学术自由的理念对提升现代大学管理具有积极的借鉴意义。The ancient Chinese academy(Shuyuan),as a unique educational organization,has experienced thousands of years of evolution and improvement from the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty.The academy has distinct characteristics in administrative management,staff and student management and teaching management.The well-established tradition and management experience of the academy are the crystallization of ancient education wisdom.Its focus on moral education,teacher and student initiatives,and academic freedom will greatly promote modern university management.
