摘  要:目前众多接触网典型金属件的表面防腐技术各有利弊。本文介绍了目前常用于接触网铝合金件、碳钢件和铜合金件的表面防腐技术,并从防腐原理、防腐特点和实际需要的角度进行对比说明;阐述了新型电弧喷涂超细片状锌铝涂层技术的技术优势和耐蚀机理;通过对铜合金件进行的表面防腐试验说明该技术的有效性。通过对比可知,电弧喷涂超细片状锌铝涂层新技术具有一定的优势,可为接触网零部件表面防腐提供更好的选择,并预测未来开发金属表面防腐新技术将更聚焦于环保、成本和普适性等因素。At present,many typical metal parts of the Overhead Contact System(OCS)have their own advantages and disadvantages in surface anti-corrosion technology.This article introduces the surface anti-corrosion technologies commonly used for aluminum alloy parts,carbon steel parts,and copper alloy parts of the OCS,and compares and explains them from the perspectives of anti-corrosion principles,anti-corrosion characteristics,and practical needs;the technical advantages and corrosion resistance mechanism of the new arc spraying ultra-fine flake zinc aluminum coating technology were elaborated;the effectiveness of this technology was demonstrated through surface anti-corrosion tests on copper alloy components.Through comparison,it can be seen that the new technology of arc spraying ultra-fine flake zinc aluminum coating has certain advantages,providing a better choice for the surface corrosion protection of OCS components.It is predicted that the future development of new metal surface corrosion protection technologies will focus more on environmental protection,cost,and universality factors.
