摘 要:以钻头W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢为研究对象,分别以圆形与方形两类光斑实施激光熔覆,制得TiAlSiN涂层,比较涂层组织形态和力学性能特点。研究结果表明:涂层中存在BCC相与部分MC相,激光熔覆后生成了(Fe, Cr)固溶体。涂层中形成明显的胞状晶粒与许多弥散分布的细小颗粒物,方形光斑涂层形成许多不规则的树枝晶与颗粒形态的碳化物,提升了涂层均匀性。圆形光斑与方形光斑涂层达到比基体更大的硬度,方形光斑涂层比圆形光斑硬度更大,整体分布形态也更加均匀。圆形光斑涂层平均摩擦因数为0.72,方形光斑涂层平均摩擦因数为0.56;圆形光斑涂层呈现明显的黏着磨损特征,方形光斑涂层主要表现为磨粒磨损的特征。The TiAlSiN coating was fabricated by laser cladding with circular and square spots on high-speed steel bit W6Mo5Cr4V2.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the coating were analyzed.The results show that BCC phase and some MC phase exist in the coating,and(Fe,Cr)solid solution is formed after laser cladding.Obvious cellular grains and many dispersed fine particles are formed in the coating,and irregular dendritic grains and carbides with granular are formed in the square spot coating,which improves the uniformity of the coating.The hardness of both the round and square light spot coatings is greater than that of the matrix.By comparison,the hardness of the square light spot coating is greater than that of the round light spot,which makes the overall distribution of the square light spot coating is more uniform.The average friction factor of circular and square spot coatings is 0.72 and 0.56 respectively.The circular light spot coating shows obvious adhesive wear characteristics,while the square light spot coating mainly shows abrasive wear characteristics.
