活血化瘀养心汤联合耳穴贴压治疗冠脉支架植入后不稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨活血化瘀养心汤联合耳穴贴压治疗冠脉支架植入后不稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证的效果。方法 选取2020年5月至2022年5月河北省唐山市中医医院收治的122例冠脉支架植入后不稳定性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(口服常规西药,61例)和试验组(对照组基础上增加活血化瘀养心汤联合耳穴贴压治疗,61例)。7天为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗4个疗程。比较两组中医症候积分、临床疗效、冠状动脉血流动力学及治疗的安全性。结果 治疗后,两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、搏动指数(PI)高于治疗前,且试验组PSV、EDV、PI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组阻力指数(RI)低于治疗前,且试验组RI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 冠脉支架植入后不稳定性心绞痛经活血化瘀养心汤联合耳穴贴压治疗效果显著,可改善患者症状和冠状动脉血流动力学,安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Huayu Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and pressing on unstable angina pectoris after coronary stenting with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 122 patients with unstable angina pectoris after coronary stenting treated in Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(61 cases with oral conventional western medicine)and the experimental group(61 cases with Huoxue Huayu Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and pressing treatment on the basis of the control group)by random number table method.Seven days for one course of treatment,both groups were treated for four courses.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy,coronary hemodynamics,and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),and pulsatility index(PI)of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the PSV,EDV,and PI of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The resistance index(RI)of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the RI of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Huoxue Huayu Yangxin Decoction combined with au
