摘　　要：对枫蓼肠胃康颗粒进行临床综合评价,为临床合理用药及基本用药管理提供参考依据。通过全面搜集枫蓼肠胃康颗粒在安全性、有效性、经济性、创新性、适宜性、可及性等方面的证据资料,应用药理学、毒理学、循证医学、循证药学、临床流行病学、药物经济学、医学统计学、卫生技术评估等理论,对枫蓼肠胃康颗粒进行综合评价。与常规化药比较,枫蓼肠胃康颗粒安全性较高,临床疗效好,具有一定经济性。且该药品说明书符合现行规定,已制备片剂、胶囊、滴丸等多种剂型,并研发出无糖型颗粒。药品销售遍及多个省市,可及性较高。但临床研究、药理毒理研究、经济学研究较少,建议今后开展相关研究。The clinical comprehensive evaluation of Fengliao Changweikang Granules is carried out to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and basic drug management.Through the comprehensive collection of safety,effectiveness,economy,innovation,suitability,and accessibility of Fengliao Changweikang Granules,and the theories of pharmacology,toxicology,evidence-based medicine,evidence-based pharmacy,clinical epidemiology,pharmacoeconomics,medical statistics,and health technology evaluation and other theories are used to evaluate Fengyao Weichangkang Granules.Compared with conventional chemical drugs,Fengliao Changweikang Granules have higher safety,better clinical efficacy,and certain economy.The drug labeling is in line with the current regulations,and tablets,capsules,dripping pills,and other dosage forms have been prepared,and sugar-free granules have been developed.Drug sales throughout a number of provinces and cities,high accessibility.However,there are few clinical studies,pharmacological and toxicological research,and economic research,so it is suggested to carry out related studies in the future.
