基于前馈控制的思维导图护理流程在SAH患者栓塞术围手术期的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究基于前馈控制的思维导图护理流程在蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者栓塞术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取安徽省亳州市人民医院2019年8月至2022年8月接诊的80例SAH患者进行介入栓塞术且符合纳入条件的患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)及对照组(40例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予基于前馈控制的思维导图护理干预。比较分析护理前后两组神经功能及日常生活活动能力恢复情况、术后并发症发生率及对护理的满意度。结果出院时,两组神经功能评分低于入院时,且研究组低于对照组;两组日常生活活动能力评分高于入院时,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于前馈控制的思维导图护理流程在SAH患者栓塞术围手术期的应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping nursing process based on feedforward control in perioperative embolization of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods A total of 80 SAH patients who received treatment in Bozhou People’s Hospital in Anhui Province from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected for interventional embolization surgery.They were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given mind mapping nursing intervention based on feedforward control.The recovery of neurological function and activities of daily living,the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the neurological function score of the two groups was lower than that at admission,and the study group was lower than the control group;the scores of activities of daily living in the two groups were higher than those in the admission,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind map nursing process based on feedforward control in perioperative period of SAH patients with embolization is significant and worthy of promotion.
