摘　　要：目的 研究FOCUS-PDCA循环在新建综合医院备用药品效期管理中的实践效果。方法 运用FOCUS-PDCA循环对湘雅常德医院备用药品效期管理进行持续质量改进,从制度流程、药品管理和员工培训等多方面着手开展工作,经过执行、检查、整改,最后统计分析改进前后数据评价效果。结果 实施FOCUS-PDCA改进前检查发现效期管理问题135条,近效期药品处置率为(77.76±7.82)%。改进后问题数减少至101条,较改进前明显减少(P<0.001),处置率提升至(89.19±3.26)%(P<0.001)。结论 药剂科同各临床科室联合应用FOCUS-PDCA循环,有效提升了医院备用药品效期管理水平,提高了医务人员药品效期管理意识,更好的保障患者用药安全性、有效性。OBJECTIVE To explore the practical effect of FOCUS-PDCA cycle in the effective period management of standby drugs in newly-built general hospitals.METHODS The FOCUS-PDCA cycle was used to continuously improve the quality of the effective period management of standby drugs in Xiangya Changde Hospital.Work was carried out from the aspects of system flow,drug management and staff training.After implementation,inspection and rectification,the data evaluation effect before and after improvement was analyzed statistically.RESULTS Before the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA,135 effective period management problems were found,and the drug disposal rate in the near effective period was(77.76±7.82)%.After improvement,the number of problems decreased to 101(P<0.001),and the disposal rate increased to(89.19±3.26)%(P<0.001).CONCLUSION The application of FOCUS-PDCA cycle in pharmacy department and other departments can effectively improve the effective period management level of standby drugs in hospital,thus strengthen the awareness of effective period management of medical staff and ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients’medication better.
