摘　　要：介绍了ASME B 1.3标准中规定的螺纹测量体系,说明了API Spec 5B(第16版)中螺纹尺寸测量验收体系的测量精度等级;通过分析螺纹的单一中径、作用中径、螺距、椭圆度等单项参数之间的关系,说明了API Spec 5B(第16版)主要修订内容——单一中径测量和椭圆度测量在油套管螺纹测量验收体系中的重要性和必要性,对建立油田使用的油套管非标准螺纹的尺寸验收测量体系提供了指导意见。Described here in the essay are the thread gauging system as specified under Standard ASME B 1.3.Also described are the measurement accuracy classes of the acceptance system for thread dimension measurement as specified under API Spec 5B(the 16th edition).The relevance between the individual thread parameters like the thread simple pitch diameter,the functional diameter,the pitch,and ovality,etc.is analyzed so as to explain the importance and the necessity of the simple pitch measurement and the ovality measurement that are the main revised contents of API Spec 5B(the 16th edition),to the oil casing and tubing thread gauging system,which provides certain guidance and advice for establishing the acceptance-measuring system for the non-standard thread dimensions of the oil tubing and casing to be used in the oil field.
