摘　　要：目的:探讨拼贴画心理疗法应用于青年乳腺癌患者癌症复发恐惧干预中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月至2022年2月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的104例青年乳腺癌患者,行常规疗法的患者为对照组(n=52),行拼贴画心理疗法的患者为研究组(n=52)。对比2组干预前后癌症复发恐惧、负性情绪、希望水平及生存质量变化情况。结果:干预3个月后,研究组癌症复发恐惧各维度评分及总分明显降低,且低于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组贝克焦虑量表(Beck Anxiety Inventory,BAI)与贝克抑郁量表(Back Depression Inventory,BDI)评分均明显降低,且低于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组希望水平各维度评分及总分明显提高,且高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组生存质量各维度评分及总分明显提高,且高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:拼贴画心理疗法应用于青年乳腺癌患者可降低其癌症复发恐惧,缓解负性情绪,提高希望水平,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of collage psychotherapy on the intervention of cancer recurrence fear in young breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 104 young breast cancer patients admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected by retrospective analysis,52 patients who received conventional therapy as a control group,and 52 patients who received collage psychotherapy as a study group.The changes on cancer recurrence fear,negative emotions,hope level and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the 2 groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of fear of cancer recurrence in the study group were significantly decreased,and were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores and total scores of each dimension of hope level in the study group were significantly improved,and higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the scores and total scores of each dimension of quality of life in the study group were significantly improved,and higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collage psychotherapy in young breast cancer patients can reduce cancer recurrence fear,relieve negative emotions,increase hope levels,and improve the quality of life.
