摘　　要：目的探讨动静结合心理疏导模式在胃癌患者围术期中的应用价值。方法选择2017年3月至2023年3月本院收治的90例胃癌患者,按简单随机化法分组。对照组(45例)实施常规护理;研究组(45例)接受动静结合心理疏导模式护理。对比两组术后恢复情况、自护能力(ESCA)、癌因性疲乏评估量表(CRF)、癌症生活质量核心问卷(QLQC-30)、心理状态评分,统计两组护理满意度。结果研究组首次排气、首次下床、引流管留置及住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后CFS各项评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后ESCA各项评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组干预后QLQC-30各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(97.78%)比对照组(82.22%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动静结合心理疏导模式可缩短胃癌患者的围术期的恢复时间,降低癌因性疲乏,提高自护能力与生活质量,改善心理状态。Objective To explore the application value of dynamic-static combined with psychological counseling mode in the perioperative period of gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 90 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2023 were selected and grouped according to a simple randomization method.The control group(45 cases)received routine nursing,the research group(45 cases)received dynamic-static combined with psychological counseling mode nursing.The postoperative recovery,self-care ability(ESCA),cancer-related fatigue assessment scale(CRF),cancer quality of life core questionnaire(QLQC-30),and psychological state scores between the two groups were compared,and the nursing satisfaction between the two groups was calculated.Results The first time of exhaust,first time of getting out of bed,drainage tube retention,and hospitalization time in the research group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the CFS scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the ESCA scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the QLQC-30 scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the research group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of dynamic-static and psychological counseling mode can shorten the perioperative recovery time of gastric cancer patients,reduce cancer-related fatigue,improve self-care ability and quality of life,and improve their psychological state.
