当前驾驶人源头管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：交通事故的成因是多方面、多因素的,人、车、路、环境等均有着不同的作用力。交通参与者作为道路交通中的主体,采用不同的交通工具及方式参与到交通活动中,其行为同道路交通安全息息相关。本文通过对当前机动车驾驶人源头管理存在的问题进行剖析,就如何加强机动车驾驶人管理,提升驾驶人安全行车意识,减少道路交通事故发生,提出一些建议。The occurrence of traffic accidents is multifaceted and involving multiple factors.Humans,vehicles,roads and environments all have a play in it.As the main body of road traffic,road users participate in traffic activities using different traffic means of transportation,and their behaviors are closely related to road traffic safety.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the source management of motor vehicle drivers,and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the management of motor vehicle drivers and enhance drivers'safe driving awareness to reduce road traffic accidents.
