摘　　要：废弃烟草专卖品是我国烟草行业专卖内管严格管控的一类废弃物,本文阐述了卷烟制造企业废弃烟草专卖品处置管控的现状,从构建行业统一的处置监管体系、建立集中处置中心、搭建数字监管平台等方面提出了完善废弃烟草专卖品处置监管措施的建议,以期为增强卷烟制造企业废弃烟草专卖品处置管理能力提供参考。Abandoned tobacco monopoly products are a type of waste that is strictly controlled within the monopoly management of China's tobacco industry.This article elaborates on the current situation of disposal and control of abandoned tobacco monopoly products in cigarette manufacturing enterprises,and proposes suggestions for improving the disposal and regulatory measures of abandoned tobacco monopoly products from aspects such as building a unified disposal and regulatory system in the industry,establishing a centralized disposal center,and building a digital regulatory platform,In order to provide reference for enhancing the management capacity of abandoned tobacco monopoly products disposal in cigarette manufacturing enterprises.
