性能化防火设计中的人员安全疏散研究

摘  要:近几年火灾形势严峻,针对连续发生多起重大火灾事件的问题,为确保建筑内人员的安全疏散,开展性能化防火设计中的人员安全疏散研究。首先,明确防火设计中人员安全疏散基本条件;其次,判定火灾烟气危害及危险状态;最后,制定性能化建筑疏散路线。通过对比证明,新的疏散方案可以有效缩短所有人员疏散的时间,保障人员的生命财产安全。In recent years,the fire situation has been severe.In response to the continuous occurrence of multiple major fire events,in order to ensure the safe evacuation of personnel inside buildings,research has been conducted on the safe evacuation of personnel in performance-based fire protection design.firstly,the basic conditions for safe evacuation of personnel in fire prevention design are clarified;secondly,the hazard and dangerous state of fire smoke are determined;finally,performance-based building evacuation routes are developed.Through comparison,it has been proven that the new evacuation plan can effectively shorten the evacuation time of all personnel and ensure the safety of personnel's lives and property.
