摘　　要：随着互联网的发展,数字经济逐渐成为引领经济高质量发展的引擎,但作为新的经济形态,其发展环境并不完善。在线评论能够客观全面地反映市场需求的实现程度,对数字经济发展环境的优化有着借鉴意义。因此,文章通过收集微博平台关于数字经济方面的在线评论,通过SVM情感倾向分类、语义网络分析和LDA主题挖掘,建立正、负评论的词频联系,结果表明,当前民众对数字经济发展的评价是积极的;政府支持、移动运营商存在服务优质、能够改善民众生活等是数字经济发展受到民众支持的主要原因;而互联网信号差、移动运营商存在流量暴力收费问题、信息安全目前没有得到有效保障、创新不足,国内高端产品研发需进一步发展等是其发展存在的主要制约因素。文章从加强基础设施建设、优化政务服务环境、解决信息安全问题、优化创新环境等四个方面提出了具体的优化建议。With the development of the Internet,digital economy has gradually become the engine leading the high-quality economic development,but as a new economic form,its development environment is not perfect.Online comments can objectively and comprehensively reflect the realization of market demand,and have reference significance for the optimization of the development environment of digital economy.Therefore,by collecting online comments on the digital economy of Weibo platform and using SVM sentiment classification,semantic network analysis and LDA topic mining,this paper establishes the word frequency connection among positive and negative comments.The results show that the current public's evaluation on the development of digital economy is positive.The main reasons why the development of digital economy is supported by the public are government support,the existence of mobile operators with high-quality services,and the ability to improve people's lives.The main constraints of the development of the digital economy include poor Internet signal,the existence of traffic violence charges by mobile operators,information security is not effectively guaranteed,insufficient innovation,and domestic high-end product research and development needs to be further developed.According to the analysis results,specific optimization suggestions are put forward in four aspects:strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing government service environment,solving information security problems and optimizing innovation environment.
