摘　　要：养老服务业合作发展是长三角高质量一体化发展的重要组成部分。目前长三角地区的老龄化程度较高,速度较快,态势严峻。虽然现有的养老区域合作服务在供给主体、合作机制、合作内容等方面有了初步发展,但关键合作要素缺失导致这一地区养老服务业无法深度合作发展。对此,需要理顺思路,包括规划和投融资的协同、政策和标准的联动、信息平台的构建与互通。在此基础上,进一步从服务协调机制和服务标准体系构建、人才队伍培训建设、信息化平台建设管理、完善配套政策等方面进行优化,从而推进长三角养老服务业高质量一体化发展,实现民众老有所依的美好愿景。The cooperative development of the elderly care service industry is an important component of the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.At present,the aging level in the Yangtze River Delta region is relatively high,the speed is fast,and the situation is severe.Although the existing regional cooperation services for elderly care have made initial development in terms of supply entities,cooperation mechanisms,and cooperation content,the lack of key cooperation elements has led to the inability of the elderly care service industry in this region to develop in depth cooperation.In this regard,it is necessary to streamline the thinking,including the coordination of planning and investment and financing,the linkage of policies and standards and the construction and interconnection of information platforms.On this basis,further optimization will be carried out from the construction of service coordination mechanism and service standard system,talent team training construction,information plaform construction management,and improvement of supporting policies,in order to promote the high-quality integrated development of the elderly care service industry in the Yangtze River Delta and achieve the beautiful vision of the elderly being dependent on the people.
