摘  要:为了提高TC11钛合金耐磨性及高温抗氧化性,通过添加不同浓度Nd_(2)O_(3)颗粒制备了Nd_(2)O_(3)颗粒掺杂的微弧氧化层。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了Nd_(2)O_(3)浓度对TC11钛合金表面微弧氧化层微观结构、物相组成的影响,并评价了涂层的耐磨性与高温抗氧化性能。结果表明:添加Nd_(2)O_(3)颗粒后,膜层表面的微孔数量减少,膜层物相以金红石型TiO_(2)和锐钛矿型TiO_(2)为主,随着Nd_(2)O_(3)浓度的增加,Nd元素在膜层中的含量逐渐增加,膜层厚度先增大后减小;在Nd_(2)O_(3)浓度为1 g/L时,所制备的微弧氧化层综合性能最佳,膜层平均厚度8.68μm,磨损失重0.43 mg,磨痕宽度598.04μm,高温氧化增重0.139 mg/cm^(2)。与TC11钛合金基体和未添加Nd_(2)O_(3)颗粒的试样相比,添加1 g/L Nd_(2)O_(3)后微弧氧化层的高温抗氧化性得到显著改善,耐磨性较未添加Nd_(2)O_(3)颗粒时的下降。In order to improve the wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of TC11 titanium alloy,Nd_(2)O_(3)particle-doped mi-cro-arc oxidation coatings were prepared by adding different concentrations of Nd_(2)O_(3)particles.The effect of Nd_(2)O_(3)concentration on the micro-structure and phase composition of micro-arc oxidation coatings on TC11 titanium alloy was studied by scanning electron microscope and X-ray Diffractometer.Meanwhile,the wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating was evaluated.Results showed that after adding Nd_(2)O_(3)particles,the number of micropores on the surface of the coating decreased,and the coating phase was mainly rutile TiO_(2)and an-atase TiO_(2).With the increase of Nd_(2)O_(3)concentration,the content of Nd element in the coating gradually increased,and the coating thickness first increased and then decreased.When the concentration of Nd_(2)O_(3)was 1 g/L,the comprehensive performance of the prepared micro-arc oxi-dation coating was the best,which possessed the average thickness of 8.68μm,the wear loss of 0.43 mg,the wear scar width of 598.04μm,and the high temperature oxidation weight gain of 0.139 mg/cm^(2).Compared with the TC11 titanium alloy and the sample without adding Nd_(2)O_(3)particles,the high temperature oxidation resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coating was significantly improved after adding 1 g/L Nd_(2)O_(3)par-ticles,and the wear resistance decreased compared with that without adding Nd_(2)O_(3)particles.
