中医药治疗肩周炎临床研究进展

摘　　要：肩周炎是以疼痛和关节活动受限为主要临床特征的疾病,严重影响患者日常生活及健康。大量研究发现,中药内服及外敷、针灸、推拿、拔罐、小针刀等中医外治法治疗肩周炎疗效显著,能够缓解患者局部症状,松解粘连组织,改善关节活动度,不良反应少。笔者总结了近年来有关中医药治疗肩周炎的临床研究内容,以期为中医药治疗肩周炎提供更多参考。Scapulohumeral periarthritis,with pain and limited joint activity as its main clinical characteristics,seriously affects the daily life and health of patients.A large number of studies have found that the oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,tuina,cupping,acupotomy,and other external treatment methods of Chinese medicine have significant curative effects in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can alleviate local symptoms of patients,release adhesive tissue,and improve joint range of motion,have fewer adverse reactions.The authors summarize the clinical research on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with Chinese medicine in recent years,to provide more references for the Chinese medicine treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
