基于《伤寒论》厥阴病研究相关文献知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对《伤寒论》厥阴病研究相关文献进行知识图谱分析,归纳研究现状、热点及发展方向,为后续研究提供参考与思路。方法:计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)自1957—2021年收录在该数据库中与《伤寒论》厥阴病相关的文献,利用可视化软件CiteSpace 5.8.R3绘制知识图谱。结果:发文量最多的作者为万友生;发文量最多的机构为广州中医药大学;关键词与突现词显示关注度最强的是厥阴病、伤寒论、少阴病等。结论:《伤寒论》厥阴病成果较久远,缺乏创新性,应加强作者之间的合作,着重关注临床应用研究。Objective:To summarize the current research situation,hotspots,and development directions by analyzing the knowledge graph of the literature related to the study of jueyin disease in the Shang Han Lun(Treatise on Cold Damage),so as to provide references and ideas for future research.Methods:Searched on the Chinese National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)from 1957 to 2021 for documents related to jueyin disease in the Shang Han Lun,and a knowledge graph was drawn using the visualization software CiteSpace 5.8.R3.Results:The author with the largest amount of published articles was WAN Yousheng.The institution with the largest number of publications was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Keywords and prominent words showed that jueyin disease,Shang Han Lun,shaoyin disease,etc.were the mose concerned.Conclusion:The achievements of jueyin disease in Shang Han Lun are relatively long-standing and lack of innovation.Therefore,cooperation between authors should be strengthened,with emphasis on clinical application research.
