摘　　要：总结曹大农教授运用温经汤改善高龄女性生殖状况的经验。“任脉通,太冲脉盛”是女性生殖健康的必要条件,运用温经汤温清消补并用,实现寒热虚实并治,成功地将“盛冲任”与“通冲任”完美地融为一方之中,构建“任通冲盛”的易孕状态,提升高龄女性患者的生殖状况。This paper summarizes Prof.CAO Danong's experience of using Wenjing Decoction to improve the reproductive status of elderly women.“The unblocking of conception vessel and the exuberance of thoroughfare vessel”are the necessary condition for female reproductive health.CAO uses Wenjing Decoction to warm,clear,disperse and supplement,and this can achieve the concomitant treatment of cold,heat,deficiency and excess.CAO successfully integrates"making conception vessel and thoroughfare vessel exuberant"and"making conception vessel and thoroughfare vessel unblock"perfectly into a decoction,and constructs the pregnancy state of"unblocking and exuberance of conception vessel and thoroughfare vessel",which improves the reproductive status of elderly women.
