达明饮治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察达明饮治疗气阴两虚、瘀血阻络证糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将80名气阴两虚、瘀血阻络证糖尿病视网膜病变患者分成2组,西药组35例给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,中药组45例应用达明饮治疗。比较2组治疗前后视力指标、中医证候积分,并比较2组中医证候疗效和临床疗效。结果:治疗前,2组视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组视力均升高(P<0.05),且中药组高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中药组中医证候积分降低(P<0.05),且低于西药组(P<0.05)。中药组中医证候疗效总有效率84.44%,高于西药组28.57%(P<0.05)。中药组临床总有效率83.13%,高于西药组53.13%(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间心率、体温、呼吸和脉搏等生命体征指标及凝血功能、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能等均未出现明显变化,且未有严重不良事件发生。结论:达明饮治疗气阴两虚、瘀血阻络证糖尿病视网膜病变,可改善视力,降低中医证候积分,提高临床总有效率,且无严重不良事件发生。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Daming Decoction for diabetic retinopathy with dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome and static blood obstructing the collaterals syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy with dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome and static blood obstructing the collaterals syndrome were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in the western medicine group and 45 cases in the Chinese medicine group.The western medicine group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Daming Decoction.Visual acuity indexes and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups,and the curative effect of TCM syndromes and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the visual acuity in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score in the Chinese medicine group was decreased(P<0.05),and was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total curative effective rate of TCM syndrome was 84.44%in the Chinese medicine group,higher than that of 28.57%in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 83.13%in the Chinese medicine group,higher than that of 53.13% in the western medicine group (P<0.05). During the treatment,there was no significant change invital signs such as heart rate, body temperature, respiration and pulse, coagulation function, bloodroutine, urine routine, and liver and kidney function in the two groups, and no serious adverse eventoccurred in the two groups.
