基于《黄帝内经》探析中风后腰痛的病因病机及浮针治疗

摘　　要：中风后腰痛是中风后常见并发症,但学术界对中风后腰痛针对性研究较少。基于《黄帝内经》探讨中风后腰痛的中西医概况、中医学病因病机和针刺治疗方法;并探讨用浮针治疗中风后腰痛的可行性及疗效。认为浮针治疗中风后腰痛疗效良好,可以推广。Post-stroke low back pain is a common complication after stroke,but there is less targeted research on it in the academic community.The general situation of traditional Chinese and western medicine,etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,and acupuncture treatment methods for post-stroke low back pain based on Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic)was explored.The feasibility and efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy for post-stroke low back pain were also discussed.It is believed that Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy for post-stroke low back pain is effective and can be popularized.
