摘　　要：体能是军人战斗力生成的重要因素之一,当今世界强国都在大力提高军人的体能水平。信息化战争对单兵体能水平提出了更高的要求。我军院校生长干部学历教育阶段必须通过毕业联合考核,是军委机关检验院校人才培养质量、牵引院校教学改革的有效手段。目前,全军院校联考的及格率与优良率远未达到目标,基于现代竞技体育周期训练理论,以联考和军事比武为主要目标,灵活运用小周期(赛前、赛中、赛后等周计划)解决训练中的各种问题,培养出体魄健壮、精力充沛、意志坚强,适应未来高负荷、高强度战争的指挥员,为实现党在新时代的强军目标贡献力量。Physical fitness is one of the important factors in the generation of military combat effectiveness,and today's world powers are vigorously improving the physical fitness level of soldiers.IT-based warfare puts forward higher requirements for the physical fitness level of individual soldier.The academic education stage of academic growing cadres of PLA must pass the joint assessment for graduation,which is an effective means of CMC departments testing the quality of personnel training in academies and guide the teaching reform in academies.At present,the pass rate and excellent rate of the joint examination of military academies is far from reaching the goal.Based on the theory of the"cycle"training of modern competitive sports,taking the joint examination and military competitions as main goals,we should flexible use small cycles(weekly plans of before,during and after the game)to solve the problems in training,and cultivate commanders who are strong,energetic,strong-will and adapt to future high-load and high-intensity wars,so as to contribute to achieving the Party's goal of strengthening the army in the new era.
