摘  要:目的:旨在探究轻器械韵律操对ASD儿童社会技能的影响,对其社会技能水平的提高进行有益探索,以期为其干预手段进行补充和完善。方法:以16名ASD儿童为研究对象,随机均分为两组。实验组进行轻器械韵律操干预,对照组则进行徒手韵律操干预,通过社会技能评定量表(ASSS)测试ASD儿童的社会技能水平,通过社会趋向、认知、沟通、参与及自我调控5个方面的数据分析被试儿童社会技能实验前后的变化。结果:实验前后实验组社会参与的数据具有显著性差异;社会趋向、认知、沟通及自我调控具有非常显著性差异。实验前后对照组的社会趋向、认知、沟通及自我调控具有显著性差异;社会参与不具有显著性差异。结论:轻器械韵律操和徒手韵律操干预对ASD儿童的社会技能均产生了不同程度的积极影响,但轻器械韵律操干预对其社会技能的影响更大。Objective:To explore the effects of hand apparatus rhythmic exercises on the social skills of children with ASD,and do a useful exploration of the improvement of their social skills,in order to complement and improve their intervention means.Methods:Sixteen children with ASD were used as research subjects,and they were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The experimental group was given a hand apparatus rhythmic gymnastics intervention,and the control group was given an unarmed rhythmic gymnastics intervention.The social skills of the children with ASD were tested by ASSS,and the changes of the social skills of tested children before and after the experiment were analyzed by the data of five aspects:social orientation,cognition,communication,participation and self-regulation.Results:Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in social participation data in the experimental group,and there were very significant differences in social orientation,cognition,communication and self-regulation,and that before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in social orientation,cognition,communication and self-regulation in the control group,and there were no significant differences in social participation.Conclusion:Both hand apparatus rhythmic gymnastics and unarmed rhythmic gymnastics interventions had different degrees of positive effects on the social skills of children with ASD,but the hand apparatus rhythmic gymnastics intervention had a greater effect on their social skills.
