摘　　要：该文针对现阶段高校体育馆运营的场地利用率低、管理方式传统、营收利润低等问题,提出智能化运营的解决方案。场地利用率低主要表现在高校场馆寒暑假空置率高,冷门项目场地转换能力差;智能化运营的解决方案是APP场地预约和时间调整功能。传统的场馆管理方式主要表现在管理制度内容粗犷、责任归属不明确;智能化运营的解决方案是“雁过留痕”,细致可查。过去,营收利润低主要表现在人力成本高、场馆维护费用高;智能化运营的解决方案是市场运营机制,保证高校体育场馆公益性前提下,发展体育产业。This paper proposes the solutions for intelligent operation for the problems of the low utilization rate of venues,traditional management methods,and low revenue profits in the operation of university gymnasiums at this stage.The low utilization rate of venues is mainly reflected in the high vacancy rate of university gymnasiums during winter and summer vacations and poor site conversion capabilities for unpopular events.The solutions for intelligent operation are to order the venue on the APP and adjust the time.The traditional management methods of venues are mainly manifested in the rough content of the management system and unclear ascription of responsibilities.The solutions for intelligent operation leave traces,which are meticulous and verifiable.In the past,low revenue profits were mainly manifested in the high labor cost and high venue maintenance costs.The solutions for intelligent operation is the market-oriented operation mechanism,which develops the sport industry under the premise of ensuring the public welfare of university gymnasiums.
