摘  要:通过正交试验对紫铜表面电沉积Ni-P合金和Ni-Co-P合金的工艺条件进行优化,并采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和电化学测试方法研究了所得镀层的表面形貌、晶体结构和耐蚀性。综合考虑镀层厚度和耐蚀性,电沉积Ni-P合金的较优条件为:pH 1.5,温度40℃,电流密度2.5 A/dm^(2),时间60 min;电沉积Ni-Co-P合金的较优条件为:pH 2,温度60℃,电流密度4.5 A/dm^(2),时间20 min。与Ni-P合金镀层相比,Ni-Co-P合金镀层更细致,表面更平整,耐蚀性更好。The operation conditions for electrodeposition of Ni-P alloy and Ni-Co-P alloy on red copper were optimized by orthogonal tests.The surface morphology,crystal structure,and corrosion resistance of the electrodeposited alloy coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and electrochemical testing.In consideration of the thickness and corrosion resistance of the coatings,the optimal electrodeposition conditions for Ni-P alloy are pH 1.5,temperature 40℃,current density 2.5 A/dm^(2),and time 60 min,while the optimal conditions for Ni-Co-P alloy electrodeposition are pH 2,temperature 60℃,current density 4.5 A/dm^(2),and time 20 min.As compared with Ni-P alloy coating,Ni-Co-P alloy coating featured a more compact and smoother surface,and better corrosion resistance.
