摘  要:西部地区某机场站坪、联络道自1991年建成以来,分别于2005年、2007年、2012年和2018年进行了四期改扩建,2012年后道面出现了较大规模的接缝破坏、道面脱空、沉陷、错台、断板、碎板等病害。通过系统的调查发现,道面病害均发育于填方区,并沿各期扩建搭接区呈带状强烈发育,表现出填方高度越大、建设年代越久、面积越大,离航站区越近则病害发生类型越多、频率越高、规模越大的特征。经分析,地基土湿陷、冻融、压实度不足、压实不均是道面病害形成的内因,温度场变化、接缝老化、破损、地表水入渗是道面病害形成的外因,道面病害是内因外因共同作用的结果。实践证明,根据病害类型、分布特征、发育程度,采用灌浆、旋喷桩、设置防冻层、隔断层是治理和预防该类病害的有效措施,可为后期改扩建及类似工程的建设、病害防治等提供参考。Since the completion of an airport station apron and liaison road in the western region in 1991,four phases of reconstruction and expansion were carried out in 2005,2007,2012 and 2018 respectively.After 2012,the road surface suffered from large-scale joint damage,road surface debonding,subsidence,misplaced platform,broken slab and broken slab.The systematic survey found that the road surface diseases were all developed in the fill area and were strongly developed in a band along the lap area of each phase of expansion,showing the characteristics that the higher the height of the fill,the older the construction,the larger the area,and the closer to the terminal area,the more types of diseases occurred,the higher the frequency and the larger the scale.After analysis,the foundation soil wet sink,freezing and thawing,compaction degree is insufficient,uneven compaction is the road surface disease formation of internal causes,temperature field changes,joints aging,broken,surface water infiltration is the road surface disease formation of external causes,road surface disease is the result of the combined effect of internal and external causes.Practice has proved that,according to the type,distribution characteristics and development degree of the disease,the use of grouting,rotary piles,the installation of antifreeze layer and isolation layer are effective measures to manage and prevent this type of disease,which can provide reference for the construction and disease prevention of later renovation and expansion and similar projects.
