摘 要:以高密区的原材料规格、低密区的原材料规格、布与网胎占比和针刺密度设计四因素三水平正交试验,制备9种样品实测整体厚度、整体密度、高密区密度、低密区密度,并对变密度三维针刺织物制备的影响因素进行研究。结果表明最佳的变密度针刺参数需分区域设计,高密区最佳参数为原材料种类285 g/m~2和65 g/m~2、布与网胎占比89∶11、针刺密度10针/cm~2;低密区最佳参数为原材料种类100 g/m~2和65 g/m~2、布与网胎占比46∶54、针刺密度10针/cm~2。Four factors and three levels of orthogonal experiments were designed with the specifications of raw materials in high-density area and low-density area,the proportion of cloth and mesh and acupuncture density.Nine samples were prepared to measure the overall thickness,overall density,high-density area density and low-density area density.The influencing factors of the preparation of three-dimensional needled fabric with variable density were studied.The results showed that the optimal variable density needling parameters should be designed by different regions.The best parameters in the high density area showed that the types of raw materials were 285 g/m~2 and 65 g/m~2,the proportion of cloth and mesh were 89:11 and the needling density were 10 needles/cm~2.The optimal parameters of low-density area showed that the types of raw materials were 100 g/m~2 and 65 g/m~2,the proportion of cloth and mesh were 46:54 and the the needling density were 10 needles/cm~2.
