产教研融合背景下聚焦OBE理念的纺织工程专业人才培养改革

摘　　要：文章阐述了按照OBE理念推行“3+1”人才培养模式,包括构建以大学、研究院、产业为一体的现代产业学院,成立产教研融合的专门管理机构,建立“基础教学—提高实践—创新研究”三个梯度的人才培养体系和特色化的课程体系,在课程目标、毕业要求、培养目标的达成上建立完善的管理体系,形成知识传授、能力提升、素质拓展的有机结合。In this paper,the 3+1 talent training mode according to the OBE concept was carried out,which includ the construction of a modern industrial college that integrates universities,research institutes,and industry,the establishment of a specialized management institution that integrates industry,education,and research,the establishment of a talent cultivation system with three gradients of basic teaching,improvement of practice,and innovative research,and a distinctive curriculum system.A comprehensive management system is established for achieving curriculum objectives,graduation requirements,and training objectives,and forming organic combination of knowledge transfer,ability enhancement and quality expansion.
