毗邻隔离社区文化设施可达性评价与布局优化--以天津市望海楼社区为例

摘　　要：可达性是社区配套设施布局合理性的重要评判指标。论文以城市中普遍存在、各种社会和空间问题突出的毗邻隔离社区为研究对象,以天津市望海楼社区为研究范围,利用网络分析等GIS空间分析方法对其文化设施可达性进行评价。结果表明,社区内各小区间可达性差异显著,除了设施分布的原因,社区道路网络和建设、管理方式等微观层面的毗邻隔离特征是影响可达性的重要因素,进而从完善设施布局、优化路网结构、调整管理单元3方面提出优化策略。Accessibility is an important evaluation indicator for the rational layout of community facilities.This paper takes adjacent isolated communities,which are common in cities and have prominent social and spatial issues,as the research object.The Wanghailou community in Tianjin is selected as the research scope,and GIS spatial analysis methods such as network analysis are used to evaluate the accessibility of its cultural facilities.The results show that there are significant differences in accessibility among different residential areas within the community.In addition to the distribution of facilities,micro-level characteristics of adjacent isolation,such as the community road network and construction,management methods,etc.,are important factors affecting accessibility.Therefore,the paper proposes optimization strategies from three aspects:improving the layout of facilities,optimizing the structure of the road network,and adjusting management units.
